This product is designed as a double-layer track that can be installed with both gauze curtains and blackout cloth curtains simultaneously, meeting different blackout and privacy needs. The stretched ceiling profile is made of lightweight and durable aluminum alloy material, which has been treated with high-quality powder coating. The surface texture is delicate, and it is matched with silent rollers. The entire process of pulling and closing the curtains is smooth and silent.
SGC01 is equipped with a harpoon installation system that can integrate eaves into PVC and fabric stretched ceilings. The distance usually depends on the overhang length of the window sill, the position of the radiator, and the fluffiness of the curtains. The purpose of calculating this distance is to ensure that the curtains do not touch the window sill or radiator.
Folding concealed curtain groove
This type of solution is more suitable for pairing with traditional PVC ceilings. When installing, only a suitable width (at least 10 centimeters, usually extending 20-25 centimeters) needs to be reserved for the ceiling near the window, and then a special stretch ceiling aluminum profile - SGW16- is used to fix the PVC film. The ceiling fabric is naturally bent and fixed along the profile to form a concealed curtain groove, and the depth can be flexibly adjusted according to the protruding width of the window sill and radiator at home.
This method has high cost-effectiveness and simple construction, but the curtain track needs to be selected by oneself. It should be noted that the grooves of such curtains need to be pre treated in advance: first fill the gap between the profile and the top surface with putty, and then apply white or paint that matches the overall style of the interior to ensure visual cleanliness and unity.
This style is mainly suitable for PVC material stretch ceilings, and the groove depth can be customized according to needs, with a minimum of not less than 4 centimeters. If the depth of the groove exceeds 4 centimeters, there will be slight gaps between the profile and the original top surface. However, it can be completely covered by curtains or decorative eaves in daily life without affecting the overall appearance. Decorative eaves panels need to be separately selected. If you want to add ambient lighting, you can embed LED light strips with soft light diffusion covers in special profiles to make the light uniform and soft. Hidden curtain groove
This is currently a popular stretch ceiling matching solution. This curtain rod is designed specifically for stretch ceilings, with simple and convenient installation, and is a one-stop, ready to use design. Its most practical feature is that there is no need to separately purchase curtain tracks. The integrated profile can create hidden grooves 5-6 centimeters deep, and it can also provide multiple layouts such as single track, double track, and triple track to meet the installation needs of multi-layer curtains such as gauze curtains and blackout curtains. The aluminum alloy profile has pre reserved LED light strip installation slots inside, which can easily achieve curtain atmosphere lighting and make the space more layered.
The structural characteristics of this curtain groove make it particularly suitable for bathroom partitions, dressing room curtains, and various areas that require spatial zoning.
