Stretch Ceiling Access Hatch Installation Guide
1. Determine the installation position and opening size
Based on the maintenance requirements and the location of the equipment inside the ceiling, determine the installation position of the maintenance port and accurately measure the opening size. At the same time, confirm the ceiling structure, installation depth, and required maintenance space.
2. Prepare to install the supporting structure
According to the on-site ceiling structure and product specifications, necessary support frames or fixing points should be configured to provide a stable and reliable installation foundation for the maintenance port.
3. Install and fix the maintenance port frame
Fix the maintenance port frame at the reserved opening, adjust the installation position, ensure that the frame is flat, firm, and accurately aligned with the surrounding structure.
4. Install stretch ceiling membrane material
Install the membrane material according to the construction requirements of the stretching ceiling system, and properly handle the connection between the membrane material and the maintenance port to ensure neat edges, natural connection, and maintain the overall aesthetic effect of the ceiling.
5. Install and maintain door panels
Install and inspect door panels and related accessories according to the product structure, check whether the opening and closing of the door panels are smooth, and ensure that the inspection port can meet daily inspection and maintenance needs.
