Fabric soundproof wall - application case
Open plan offices and high-end residential spaces often face prominent acoustic challenges: excessive reverberation from conversations, footsteps, and daily activities can disrupt attention and comfort. These scenarios require excellent noise reduction and seamless aesthetic integration - fabric soundproof walls become the ideal solution.
These walls are made of polyurethane fcoated polyester fiber fabric (NRC ≥ 0.85), effectively absorbing mid to high frequency noise, controlling reverberation, and maintaining a minimalist, high-end visual appeal. They also support flexible lighting integration and easy maintenance, making them the preferred choice for high-end offices, boutique residences, and quiet commercial halls.
There are various colors and textures of fabrics to choose from, meeting your personalized needs

A boutique residential project in the central urban area has adopted this fabric soundproof wall system to solve the noise problem and improve the interior design:
Material selection: Double textured fabric panels are used for the walls: light gray fabric is used for the main acoustic areas, and matte solid color panels are used for key areas. All materials comply with Class A fire safety standards, are environmentally friendly, and meet residential health requirements.
Installation details: The panel is seamlessly installed on a hidden metal keel system with precise geometric segmentation to enhance visual dynamics. The wiring of lighting and smart devices is hidden inside the wall cavity and pre drilled with inspection holes for component installation. The minimalist black metal skirting and curved transition strips at the wall ceiling connection eliminate sound leakage and improve the overall appearance.

Lighting integration: Multi layer lighting solutions are embedded in the wall system:
1. Linear LED strips (3000K warm white) are recessed along geometric seams to create ambient accent lighting.
2. Dimmable LED tube lights (10W, 4000K neutral white) have been installed in key functional areas for task lighting.
3. Induction LED strip lights are installed at the skirting board to provide soft, glare free night lighting with automatic activation.
All circuits are hidden within the wall cavity, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance.

After long-term use, the space has significantly improved: the average ambient noise has decreased from 58dB to 42dB, and the reverberation time has been controlled at 0.6 seconds, creating a quiet and peaceful living environment. The fabric wall shows no signs of fading, deformation, or mold, and daily maintenance only requires gently removing dust with a soft cloth. The integrated lighting system operates perfectly, enhancing functionality and aesthetic appeal, fully demonstrating the acoustic performance, durability, and design diversity of fabric soundproof walls in residential environments.
