This is a suspended ceiling system made of PVC film and aluminum profiles. The ceiling is fixed on the walls around the room. They are called stretch ceilings because PVC film heated to 70 º C is stretched and installed into wall mounted profiles. We offer profiles with lengths of 2 meters and 3 meters, which will allow for the creation of continuous lines on the surface without any extra seams. At the same time, RAL color coding can also be applied to maintain consistency in the indoor color scheme.
SGW40 is a reinforced aluminum profile designed specifically for creating simple lighting in stretched ceiling systems. This structure has a U-shaped groove that is flush with the selected surface during installation. The LED strip is placed inside the groove, directing the light towards the inside of the groove. Each compartment is individually enclosed with a PC diffusion plate to prevent the occurrence of light spots on the smooth metal surface and create a soft diffused light. The lamp housing is made of anodized aluminum, which has corrosion resistance and good heat exchange performance. This profile has a compact structure and is an ideal choice for places with limited ceiling height. Its sturdy structure supports the tension of the two layers of film material, ensuring uniform and consistent LED lighting throughout the entire circuit. It is compatible with 8-10 mm LED strips, providing optimal brightness and heat dissipation - we recommend using LED strips with a power of 14 watts per meter.
