SGW44 is a reinforced aluminum profile designed specifically for creating simple lighting in stretched ceiling systems. This structure has a U-shaped groove that is flush with the selected surface during installation. The LED strip is placed inside the groove, directing the light towards the inside of the groove. Each compartment is individually enclosed with a PC diffusion plate to prevent the occurrence of light spots on the smooth metal surface and create a soft diffused light. The lamp housing is made of anodized aluminum, which has corrosion resistance and good heat exchange performance. Our stretch ceiling profiles can be fixed to walls or ceilings. The fixing method and configuration of the groove will determine the direction of light diffusion and at what angle the light strip will appear visible or invisible.
This profile has a compact structure and is an ideal choice for places with limited ceiling height. Its sturdy structure supports the tension of the two layers of film material, ensuring uniform and consistent LED lighting throughout the entire circuit. It is compatible with 8-10 mm LED strips, providing optimal brightness and heat dissipation - we recommend using LED strips with a power of 14 watts per meter.
