1、 Preliminary survey and preparation
The entire installation process requires at least two professional installers to work together.

2、 Core installation steps

Fixed installation: We will lay and fix the cut profiles one by one along the edges of the ceiling (or irregular walls). The fixing method adopts multiple gypsum board screws directly screwed into the base layer. Due to the sufficient screw density and fastening strength to support the fully tensioned ceiling tension, there is no need to additionally fix it to the keel, ensuring structural stability without damaging the original top structure.
Membrane tensioning: The membrane is pre fixed with fork edges before leaving the factory. The installation personnel clamp the edge of the membrane into the profile track and use professional tools to gradually tension it from one corner to all sides until the membrane is completely tight and flat, presenting a seamless and smooth visual effect.

The installation personnel will use a specialized scraper of the corresponding shape to press the sharp edge of the film material into the slot of the installed profile according to the selected profile type. Before fully positioning, the surface of the membrane material will exhibit a wrinkled feeling similar to rubber, which is a normal phenomenon.
The PVC film material we commonly use needs to undergo a process of "stretching first, then shrinking". During construction, we will use specialized heating equipment to evenly blow hot air to make the materials more elastic. All film materials will have a cutting and splicing space that is about 15% smaller than the actual installation space. The installation personnel start from multiple equilibrium points in the room, carefully spreading the membrane material gradually until it covers the entire area completely, and smoothing all edges and corners.
3、 Finished product reinforcement and practical performance
The harpoon strip and profile adopt an interlocking structure, and the greater the tension on the membrane material, the more firmly it is clamped and fixed.
